  5. Description:    Binaries, and miscellaneous programs for dvi previewing.  This
  6.         is stripped, but compiled with -g.  Without -g there is some
  7.         kind of deadlock condition that causes xtex to lock up after
  8.         spawning a gs process.  The tar file will create a directory in
  9.         /var to compile fonts, so check out the contents of the tar
  10.         file before blindly unpacking it.
